Privacy Policy

Leedo is an iPhone app that helps creators find brands, pitch them by email, and keep track of replies, deals and payments. It is run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Leedo", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the app or this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.
The short version
- We collect what you give us to run your outreach: your profile, your public social stats, the brand emails in your pipeline, and your deals and invoices.
- We connect to your Gmail through our mail partner, Unipile. We only keep emails to and from brands you are working with in Leedo. We do not keep the rest of your inbox.
- We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads.
- Brand contacts that you add to Leedo are shared: they may be reviewed and offered to other creators. See "Brand contacts you add" below.
- You can disconnect Gmail or delete your account at any time in Settings.
What we collect
Your account and profile
- Sign in with Apple details: an Apple account identifier, and the name and email address Apple shares with us (this may be a private relay address).
- Profile details you enter: your name, creator name, country, time zone, main niche and sub-niches.
- Audience details you choose to add: your top audience countries and the split of women and men.
- Settings you save: currency, media kit link, rate card and packages, business name, payment terms, invoice numbering, and the bank or payment details you type in so they can appear on your invoices.
Your social accounts
- The TikTok and Instagram handles you add.
- Public information from those profiles, read for us by our data partner Apify: display name, profile picture, follower count, and views and engagement on recent videos. We do not ask for your social passwords and we cannot post for you.
Your email
- When you connect Gmail, you sign in with Google on a page hosted by Unipile. Unipile holds the connection to your mailbox. We do not see or store your Google password.
- We store emails that belong to your brand pipeline: messages you send from Leedo, and messages from the brand contacts in your deals. For those we keep the sender, recipient, subject, body, time, and the identifiers needed to keep a thread together.
- Email from anyone else is not saved. If a message from a known brand does not clearly belong to a deal, we ask you where it goes.
- Email that Leedo sends for you (pitches, replies, follow-ups, invoices) is sent from your own address.
Your brands, deals and money
- Brands you save or reveal, and brand contacts you add yourself (brand name, contact name, email address, website, notes).
- Deals and their stage, offers and terms read from emails, quotes, agreed amounts and gifts, invoices and whether they are paid.
- Ratings and short notes you give about working with a brand. These are used inside Leedo to judge how reliable a brand is. They are not published under your name.
Subscription
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never receive your card details.
- Our subscription partner RevenueCat tells us your plan, its renewal or expiry date, and purchase events, linked to your Leedo account identifier.
Device and usage
- A push notification token, if you turn on alerts, so we can tell you about brand replies and payments. Alerts do not include the content of an email.
- Basic technical logs kept by our servers, such as the time of a request, your account identifier and errors, used to keep the service working and to prevent abuse.
- How many reveals, AI drafts and sends you have used, to apply plan limits.
This website
- If you join the waitlist: your email address and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number or Telegram number or username, plus which button you used. We use these only to tell you about Leedo opening and early access.
How we use it
- To run the app: fill your stats and details into pitches, send email you approve, schedule and send follow-ups you have switched on, read brand replies, and track deals and invoices.
- To prepare reply drafts. When a brand emails you, the relevant email text and a few facts about your deal and rates are sent to Google's Gemini service to write a draft. A draft is never sent unless you send it.
- To match you with brands that fit your niche and country.
- To apply plan limits and manage your subscription.
- To keep Leedo safe: preventing spam, abuse and misuse of brand contacts.
- To contact you about your account, and about launch news if you joined the waitlist.
We do not use the content of your emails for advertising, and we do not sell it. People at Leedo do not read your emails unless you ask us for help with a specific problem, it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it.
Brand contacts you add
When you add a brand contact to Leedo yourself, it goes into a review queue and may be added to the Leedo brand directory, where other creators can reveal and use it. Add only business contact details that you are allowed to share. Your own emails, deals, rates and earnings with that brand are never shared with other creators. Contacts added before this rule came in (October 6, 2026) stay private to the creator who added them.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run Leedo. They process data on our instructions.
- Supabase: our database, sign-in and server hosting.
- Unipile: connects to your Gmail to read and send the emails described above.
- Google (Gemini): writes reply drafts from the email text we send it.
- Apify: reads public stats from the TikTok and Instagram handles you add.
- RevenueCat and Apple: subscriptions, purchases and push notifications.
The brands you email naturally receive what you send them, including your name, your email address and anything in the message. We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or our service, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Google user data
Leedo's use of information received from Google accounts is limited to providing the email features described in this policy: reading and sending the brand emails in your pipeline. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide these features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale with your notice.
How long we keep it
- Your account data is kept while your account is open.
- When you delete your account, your profile, settings, social stats, stored emails, deals, invoices and mailbox connection are deleted. Brand contacts already accepted into the shared directory stay there without a link to you.
- Disconnecting Gmail removes our access to your mailbox. Emails already stored in your deals stay until you delete the deal or your account.
- Server logs and backups are kept for a limited time and then removed.
- Waitlist details are kept until Leedo has launched and you have been told, or until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
- See and change your profile, audience, rates and settings in the app.
- Disconnect Gmail or a social handle in Settings at any time.
- Delete your account in Settings. This cannot be undone.
- Turn alerts off in your iPhone settings.
- Cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL].
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA or Singapore's PDPA, including the right to object to some uses of your data and to complain to your local data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our contract with you to run the service, on your consent for optional things such as alerts and waitlist messages, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Brands and their contacts
Leedo holds business contact details for brands so creators can propose collaborations. Every email sent through Leedo includes a way to opt out. If you represent a brand and want your contact details corrected or removed, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will do so.
Security, transfers and children
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by account, and each creator can only reach their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours; where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers. Leedo is for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions or requests: [CONTACT EMAIL]. [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
